Hugh Callacher

The Missing Kind charity’s founder and chair of our trustee board. It was Hugh’s vision that led to the charity’s creation and he continues to be a key funder and driver in developing the charity’s supporting network of social enterprises; working ‘on the ground’ to build the businesses to sustainability and connecting with many passionate social justice warriors along the way!

Margaret Sorrell

Mags, who is also proprietor of our associated network venue, Breathing Space, has been with the charity as a trustee from the beginning and continues to provide board support directly to the team in Norwich, plus has responsibility for safeguarding and volunteer wellbeing.

Richard Ross

Richard joined our board of trustees in 2018. He runs a financial services business in Norwich and is a Strategic Board member of the UEA School of Economics. His first foray into charitable work involved helping out at a Romanian mental hospital back in the early 1990s. He also spent ten years as an Independent Visitor, working with Action for Children to support a young person in care – a role he particularly enjoyed. Alongside his trusteeship of the charity he also sits on the development committee of the Norfolk Community Foundation.
